fully flexed my arms are at 16 but my forearms are only 13 :( any one have any good workouts in mind(besides masturbation)

i found they grow the best lifting heavy compounds rather than isolating such as deads, pullups, bent over rows. on these and pulling exercises, move the thumb to the opposite side of the fingers.
some isolation exercises that work as well are reverse curls and hammer curls.

Yeah dead lifts will build strong fore arms. Do not use gloves or straps. Maybe even no chalk. Make it really hard on your grip.

shrugs really work my forearms, so if u ever do those that works the forearms like crazy. also reverse curls, hammer curls, wrist curls with dumbbells and barbells, for forearms dont go too heavy, the typical 8-12 will do, i usually work them in with biceps. i do maybe about 4-6 sets for forearms after and in with biceps.

i usually do an ab/forearm day at the end of the week just to finish up those muscles. Wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, plate pinches, hanging off the chinup bar for as long as possible, there are many choices(not including deads, hammer curls, etc)
