thats one thing im worried about
if im hungry more, ill drink more shakes, and get more calories and probably do the exact opposite of what im trying to do.
im curious to know the effects of hunger to the body, even if ur getting proper nutrition

sdb's gallery Awards Showcase if you're getting your vitamins and minerals you need, you'll lose weight by not meeting your calorie requirements. however.... if you're not getting adequate protein, you're losing weight by losing muscle mass not body fat. This will LOWER your metabolism.
how do you think fad diets work?
quick weight loss = muscle lost, not fat.
quick weight loss = lowered metablism
quick weight loss = quick weight gain, what you lost plus more.
stay away from fad diets, if it sounds too good to be true, it is!!
