Playin tennis with jr. and fell on my ass and jambed my wrist fist. Hurt like a mother. Came home and iced it and now I added a lot of vodka to that ice with some Simply Lemonade (highly recommended).

It is not really that swolen and only hurts in certain positions. So I don't do those positions. Figure I will give it a day before pissin money away at the endless waiting room called the ER.

i dont think it was broken but it depends a lot on how its feeling tomorrow and how swollen it is if you wanna get it checked out. I broke my amr and it got pretty swollen after a day same with when I tore a ligament(more painful)
