Weight Loss...

Ok, this may be one of those threads I don't really want the answer but here goes anyway.

What is your most effective weight loss program? What do you do for diet, how much and what kinds of food, fluid, supliments do you find effective?

What is your best exercise program for cutting? I find cycing is good for my cardio but it does little to cut and I have issues running with my bad knee. Walking and aerobics I am GTG.

From the waist up I need to tighten tone and loose weight. From the waist down I am a Greek God!

for exercise, really anything to get your heart rate up and keep you moving is effective exercise.


As far as diet, wow, that's a vast subject. some do good with low carbs. personally i 'm a walking zombie without at least 150 per day or more. The best advice is to decrease calories from what you're eating now and increase protein intake.

don't eat a carb without a protein source too. you can eat protein by itself, but have something with some nutritional value with it. Ex: salad..

A general rule of thumb is to pay attention to quality, not quantity.

Did not know the numbers. Will be putting in some time with the weights. Was trying to do more cardio cause pumping up just pushes the fat outward so it was more like plumping up, lol.

Seriously...i find weight lifting with low weight and more reps, balanced with eating 5 or 6 SMALL meals a day instead of 3 large meals helps me tone up the best.
