Thinking of starting crossfit

My only hesitation is that I usually work about 60 hours a week and most of it is physical labor. I am worried that if I start working out again I won't have any energy for work. Any thoughts? I also need to get my diet in check.

I used to jog 5 miles a day before work. Surprisingly, it wired me up thru my whole shift. Don't know about weights tho. Maybe an abbreviated format to your regular regimen.

I've been doing Crossfit for 3 months now and i absolutely love it. It was a challenge initially, getting used to the power lifting/interval workouts but once you do, it's all downhill. I'd start off with half the weight mentioned/recommended for most exercises on Crossfit. Try getting your endurance up for the first couple of weeks and then slowly increase the weight and reps.
