How should I bulk?

I run 4 miles a day and have a huge metabolism but I want to start getting muscular. I can eat 4 k calories per day and still lose 5-6 lbs a month. I weigh like 185-190. Should I do it "clean", or just not worry about it and lift?

I can do that! Is peanutbutter, almonds, nutz etc good? Those are my easiest protein source to eat. that and tuna.

When I was working in kayaks, the guys I worked with gave the name "Swol" because when I pulled a kayak out of the mold, I'd get all swol up. All the heat and use of brute force brought that on. That and they knew I was taking Russian Bear.
They gave me the name but I took it. I claimed it. I made it my property. Now people on the street see me and yell out, "Hey Swol!"

Yeah, been eating Russian Bear for years but I'm worried that they're going to change the formula. Everybody is saying that's it's temporarily out of stock. Last time that happened was with Genesis Nutrition and their Super Yohimbe Formula. Was taken off the shelves and when it came back it was pretty useless. The gubmint made them dumb down the formula. These days it seems to have fallen out of favor. Even after some other companies made some effective extracts with it.
Between Animal Pak and RB, Russian Bear worked better even for just everyday. You don't see Animal Pak flying off the shelves the way RB does.
