like above says, does drinking too much water cause bloating? like if i'm at work and drinking 4oz of water from little cone cups constantly throughout my shift, will this bloat my face or stomach?
it can make your tummy feel full for a little while, but water is actually a diuretic. it flushes excess water, ironically. if you are feeling bloated, check your sodium intake. also, too many carbs makes me feel bloated.

mine stays between 150-200. i dont know an exact number, but i can normally go by feel.
mine tapper throughout the day. the last meal usually consist of protein and low, i'd say under 20, carbs.

Too much water also causes hyponatremia (AKA sodium is too low, neuron firing is thrown off, arrythmia starts and you go into v-fib, then you die...kekekeke)
