Free and Useful Photoshop Actions

http://www.atncentral.com/ is a great resource for free photoshop actions. Some are great, some are mediocre. But they are free.

I highly recommend Chip Springers Skin Repair Action. I have seen a number of folks doing skin repair on potraits lately and this makes such work a snap.

Free and Pay Actions
I still enjoy Mike Warren's actions even through he has starting charging a little for them. I picked up the illustration action when it was free and used it a lot.

The Adobe Exchange has tons of Actions, Brushes, Styles Etc.
You need a free user account but there is some good stuff there.

I also like the free actions at this site.
