oh i delted that, but heres a sig i made for someone where i used it, but i didn't do the wind in all directions, just the one

im using cs3 and i cant find magic wand where is it?

should be in your tool bar. next to the other selection tools like the lasso and the circle/square selection tools.
It looks like a stick with a sparkly end on it.

Control+Click on any layer in he layer menu will select the items on that layer. Cool Beans.
