I mostly massaged the background between liquify with a lagre brush, smudge at 90%, and some streaking with dodge and burn with that scattered specks brush



CorelDraw has a really powerful pattern generator for fills that's very easy to fiddle with, that would easily give you your own variations of that satiny background look.

whats a reflected gradient? dont say use a mirror! lol
If i run outta plastic wrap is dentaldam ok?

in your gradient types (linear, radial, etc.) it's the one that makes the gradient go from the center out in opposite directions.

The Scattered brush is part of the default brushes, in your brush drop-down, scroll down and it looks like a big circle of dots.
