This tutorial was requested by one of the members when they were having a hard time adding fangs to a vampire pic.
This is the easiest and quickest way to add fangs or extend teeth on pictures.

Step1: Take your polygon lasso selection tool and draw the outline of the fangs.
You can use any selection tool but the polygon makes nice straight angles. If you are good with the pen tool, I would recommend using it instead.
Step2: Using your smudge tool set to 100% hardness smudge the teeth into place.
*You can also go to Filter > Liquify... and use the top "warp" tool. but sometimes that drags with it the surrounding shadows. So I've found that the Smudge tool works best for close up pics like this.*
Once you get the teeth set, you can touch them up with the burn tool to add some shading or the smudge tool some more to smooth out the seams.
When you get done, you should have something like this.
