Because I'm bored, I'm going to detail how to make this:

I also made this picture using similar methods, though I can't recall exactly how.
I should add that I'm not really good at photoshop. There could be other ways to do things or I might not be doing things right, but oh well.
So first we start off by Grayscaling the church pic. Go to Image > Mode > Grayscale.
Now go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur of 0.5 pixels.
Now the fun stuff. Go to Filter > Stylize > Glowing Edges > and mess around with the settings until the preview looks cool. For this I used settings of Edge Width = 4, Edge Brightness = 20, and Smoothness = 15.
Now go to Filter > Stylize > Solarize.
Then go to Filter > Distort > Ripple.
Then go to filter > Noise > Despeckle
Now its time to get a blowjob.
Go to Filter > Stylize > Wind, and for settings do Method = Wind, and direction is From the Left.
From here just go to Image and Rotate Canvas to 90 degrees CW. Then do the Wind again, same settings, do this again, and again, and one more time until you are back in the original position. Now you're done, or at least I am!!
