OK IN THIS TUTORIAL I WILL SHOW YOU MY METHOD OF CHANGING HAIR COLOR.
FIRST OPEN UP YOUR PICTURE YOU WANT TO CHANGE. I WILL BE USING THIS HOTTIE CAUSE SHES NICE TO LOOK AT. THEN OPEN UP A NEW BLANK LAYER DOESNT MATTER THE SIZE YOU ONLY NEED THE HAIR.
GO TO SELECT ALL AND COPY YOUR PICTURE ONTO THE NEW LAYER. USE THE LASSO TOOL TO SELECT THE HAIR ONLY IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE PERFECT WE WILL CLEAN IT UP LATER. ONCE YOU HAVE IT SELECTED. CLICK AND DRAG THE LAYER ONTO THE ORIGINAL PICTURE AND ALIGN IT PERFECTLY. REMEMBER DO NOT CHANGE THE SIZE OR IT WONT FIT AFTER THAT YOU CAN ADJUST YOUR COLORS WITH
HUE/SATURATION
COLOR BALANCE
LEVELS AND WHAT EVER ELSE YOU WANT
DONT GO TO FAR WITH THE LEVELS OF THOSE OR IT WONT LOOK NATURAL WHEN YOU HAVE THE SELECTED HAIR THE COLOR YOU WANT YOU CAN THEN MASK THE LAYER AND CLEAN UP THE EXCESS AREA
WITH HAIR I LIKE TO USE A SOFT BRUSH.
SOME HAIR YOU HAVE TO SPEND A LITTLE MORE TIME ON THIS PART THEN OTHERS. AND WHALAA YOU HAVE NEW HAIR COLOR
THE LAST STEP IS TO PUT A CHOPZ LOGO ON THE PICTURE I CHOOSE TO USE A PHOTOCHOPZ ASS TATTOO HERE IS THE FINISHED PRODUCT

good tutorial but I cant submit it to all the tutorial sites because of the "good" source pic.
Its definitely a good idea to use a good source pic that will catch peoples interests but it can be taken too far and I think you've crossed that line on this one. :(
