Green Screen

Anyone ever use Green Screen when making a video?

yeah.

make absolutely sure the lighting is right. shadows are your worst enemy with green screen. that means no wrinkles in your screen to.

Can I do it with just a white wall behind me?
Seems like If I wear dark colors it would still work right?

Yeah, should be able to. What program are you using? Most will let you choose the color.

I was thinking of using Sony Vegas since Its the only Program I have right now that can do it.

You can use any color for the screen as long as it is really contrasting compared to you/what you're wearing.

Build a wall. If you have high ceilings or a warehouse, make it about 10' high and 12' wide. 16' wide and 12' high would be even better. Make sure it's finished smooth(no bumps in the drywall). Prime it with any kind of paint and sand the primer(2 coats if necessary). Then paint it out with green/blue screen paint($50-80 a gal.). You got a studio grade green screen.
