We need to treat the noobs as good as possible. Always give them the benefit of the doubt. Many new members are leaving because of rude posts towards them. we have had many sign ups this month, but noone wants to stick around after getting negged / bashed. well maybe a few, but u get the point. Lets be nice to everyone please. Thats all i am gonna say
