The transformation was decent - but there were better ones posted on bb.com. Aka 120 pound kids going to 250 or 350 pound guys going to 220 with abs.

Exactly, anyone can lose wieght easily. His original transformation was NOTHING compared to what they chopped it to be, that would take about another whole year to achieve.
