Me and my bf have found the perfect flat, perfect size and great area and price. Only problem is the people we will be renting it from are transvestites I dont have anything against them but i dont want to act awkward around them. I need them to like me for me to get the flat my bf has said he is going to find it hard not to laugh wich is going to make it harder. Any ideas on how i can make sure it goes well????

Try to get to know the person and not what he/she is wearing.....
Make it so when you talk face to face, you looking just at who it is and not what crazy shit they have on...

i dunno...... it would be hard for me not to laugh either..... i wouldnt rent from them IMO...but thats just me

i reckon just try not to laugh until u sign everything... then bust out laughing
