Another fucking year of this bullshit. My gym is now full of chubby dudes with flabby breasts (thread grader-esque titties) benching and curling with horrible form, before running for ten minutes on the treadmill and getting winded. Hopefully they're gone before groundhogs day.

good lord, my gym was wall-to-wall noobs tonight. usually there are 5 people in the place, tops. one guy had a serious case of ILS.
