so you have to be repped 1000 times to move to the next number???

so say i have 190............ people have to rep me 1000 more times before i can move to 191???????????????????????????????????/

now 1000 points to a new rep

and we have to rep 25 people before we can rep the same person twice, correct?

what if u pos rep someone for a post..... but then they post a dick comment and you want to neg them, do you still have to wait to neg them?
