Ok so as everyone knows Im injured right now and kinda immobile right now, So would eating maybe 1500 calories a day and drinking big cups of Brandy help me lose weight, I dont think E&J has many calories?

1500 cals a day would be good, but why would you drink big cups or brandy. Drink black coffee instead.. it'll supress your hunger.. does for me.
