Well you guys got me thinking and i just went and did 9 jump rope sessions to failure and 4 sets of push ups to failure and take in mind that Ive been doing no exercise and gorging in food and beer and feel weak as hell today I recorded some of the sessions

When Im conditioned I usually go for 50 push ups per session

I think when I go to the gym Im gonna record myself squatting,deadlifting, and tbar rowing, but its gonna be odd to ask someone to hold my camera and record me

Thats a rec room in my apartment building, I go to a gym, but I do push ups at home and jump rope at home
