did it a BJJ last night had a guy in full mount he went to sweep and threw me way off balance and my foot got trapped underneat him then he decided to go the other way with my ankle underneath and my knee strait up.

I thought it was gonna be fine layed on the floor for a while but was able to get up and by the time i got home i was walking fine, when i woke up this morning i couldnt even move! i took 5 mins and LOTS of pians just to get my leg off the bed then i stood there for another 5 mins trying to move it, i basically fall over to my wall so i have something to support me and hobble into the kitchen and get some ice.
