This little guy really went to town with the hook. Despite the blood, little damage was done, and he swam away
This one was fairly large for a bullhead. I thought he was bigger than this at first, because he was really bending the pole when he was biting. It was fun reeling him in. He was a fighter.
This was the third fish of the day. He was decent size.

some random jibberish-
-I went out last night to hunt for some nightcrawlers, but the ground was pretty dry, so I didnt get any, and I didnt want to drive to the gas station that sold bait because it was a few miles out of the way, and I'm lazy. They were all caught on hot dogs.
-I've pulled some big cats out of this creek before, but as of late all I seem to catch is bullhead, carp, and the occasional bluegill. Although they say the drought for this area of Nebraska is over, the water level is really low.
-I tried to take a picture of the scenery and area I was fishing at, but the sun was bright, and I couldnt get a good shot with my crappy camera.
I only caught a few today, but hopefully this weekend I can go out to the big lakes (branched oak/pawnee) with some chicken livers and catch some huge cats and get some pictures of them.
