I used that same exact spotlight graphic in a layout for our magazine a couple months back. I even flipped it in the same direction.

BTW, Kanye's cover art is pretty weak IMO.

lol... yeah I thought the album cover sucked. I could of made a better one with PSP.... shit I could of done a better one with MS paint probably.

I really need to hear the full length songs to make a full evaluation, but based on the sampler I am going to have to go with the Curtis Album. I didn't really like either album based on what I heard. Wtf happen to 50 Cents each... album gets worse. 50 wasn't focused at all, he is no longer hungry, he lost his passion for rapping...the money destroyed him.

As for Kayne's album I like the Production (music/beats) but dude fails once again as a rapper. His lyrics don't move me.... he raps with no emotion, basically he is the Tim Duncan of rap. Put down the mic and stick just to producing. I would of loved to hear Common raping over those beats instead of Kayne...he would of ripped it.


My final conclusion I will not be buying or downloading these sub par albums. It was brutal sitting hear listening to both albums...probably more so to Kanye's album even though I like the beats his lackluster performance killed it. Actually an instrumental version of the album would be nice, then I could just remix to somebody else's vocals.

i just got the new 50 after dling several explicit versions that turned out to be clean and missing every other word. i'll put both on my ipod when i go to the gym today and let them fight it out....


so far i really like the kanye cd... song 2, think its called realize, and the barry bonds track with lil wayne are the only ones i skip past. lil wayne drops the weakest bullshit verses i have ever heard. the cd is a bit too chick friendly for me but its great driving music.
