I'm going to make a paper mache plane for my son for christmas - Photoshop Tutorials | Photoshop Contests

I've been thinking and I'd like to make him something that he can keep for a long time. he really loves planes, so instead of going and buying a model plane, i thought i would make him one. this way, in a few years he will know that his mommy spent hours in making something that she knew he would love (hopefully).

We can hang it from the ceiling in his room for him to look at when ever he likes.

what are your thoughts? I need some photos of planes that i could make. I can use cardboard, dowels, etc, for the sturcture but i need some photos to go by.

here are a couple i found. but i need some better ones.

no, not paper airplanes. but paper mache.

it'll look like a model airplane when i'm finished, painted and all. (lead free of course)
