Well lets see the last three weeks Ive been drinking everyday and have been on the computer the majority of the day, then Ive been getting drunk everyday, Ive been taking no supplements{I quit my sd cycle ,I had to choose beer or sd and I didnt want my liver to fail, and I ran out of eca,just ordered some more though:party0030: } but my body felt sore as shit yesterday and I literally felt drained, 225 even felt heavy kinda LOL!, 315 is really not that heavy but like I said the intensity isnt there, heres a vid of my first set without the belt
