i hear alot of you here saying u make like 9-15 dollars an hour and u have ur own place! how the hell can u afford it?! i must know ur secret!

I make 12.40 an hour.
I have my own house that I pay 700 a month on.
My truck is paid off so All I have to pay for is insurance on it.

I just barely get by and get all my bills paid everymonth. I really need to either get a roommate or a second job or a higher paying job.

I bought my house when it was all damaged and run down then fixed it up. Also I bought it just before property prices sky rocketed and when interest rates were very low. I only owe $80,000 on it but it's worth about $180,000 now. (not e-prices)
I'm seriously thinking of selling it and using the 100 g's to start a business, go back to college or invest but I'm not sure yet.
