| Anyone else pyramid their workouts?????? with my splits, I'm pyraminding up and then down on exercises before i move to the next.
for bench i might do
-135 x 10
-225 x 10
-275 x 10
315 x 8-10 ( depends on my shoulder
315x 8-10
315 x 8-10
275 x 8-10
250 x 10
225 x as many as i can do
then i would go to incline dumbells and do the same thing, and then flat dumbell flys and the same thing and then cable crossovers and the same thing
anyone else do something like this?
