ok, since there is nobody posting, im gonna ask a hypotheical question:
lets say for one reason or another, u cannot do deads, squats or bench press or any of their veriations anymore.
what 3 exercises would u use to replace those 3 and why would u choose them?
i would probably choose dips, rows, and lunges, what about u guys?

sdb's gallery Awards Showcase the weights that i lift are not heavy to you guy's standards, so i would have to sub those with push ups, it's basicly the same movement. and i'd use a leg press instead of squats. i'm not sure about the deadlift. i guess i need time to think about that.
