Well I met up with my pops today and we went to his gym {WORLD GYM,MAN THAT GYM IS COOL} so I get there I sign a waiver to work out as a guest, yesterday I did squats,Bench,jump rope, and laterals so today I decided today is going to be arm day, well an hour before my work out I popped 3 "energy" pills and I still felt tired, so I stretch and I go to the Barbell and put a 10lber on each side and rep it 20x, then a another 10 and rep it 10x,,then another 10 and repped it 10x, BUT I thought for sure I pulled my bicep, and I thought holy shit and my arm was shaking and I thought to myself Im gonna stop ,so Im there complaining to myself, and I get on the bike and just ride and zone out on Korns greatest hits on my mp3, and I dont know because of my energy pills but I got on a euphoric state of mind and my pain just goes away and i got super pumped {I rode for thirty minutes}and while Im riding Im just envisioning curling the bar, so after Im done i walk to the barbell put 4 plates on and rep it easily 10 reps,then deload another plate and hit that 10x, then deload again and hit 12x,deload again and it 20x, and holy shit my arms are swollen right now,
I dont know why it felt like I hurt my bicep maybe I didnt stretch my arms enough,
I have a question I also did prechers and for some reason my right shoulder blade pops out
