bubba is a good member, and he got banned for a rule that doesnt exist, if it does exist can some one please tell me were it is because im obviestly not seeing it any were on any part of the rules or guidlines, im not trying to piss any one off with this or cause trouble but im not also going to stay quite while some one gets punished for something that isnt technicaly considered against the rules. heres all the rules that i am aware of and im not aware of were it states no pron in any were but the 18+ section, i understand what he did was a liability of sorts but still a ban? you could have just deleted the thread or edited it to remove the material.

1. No Gross Stuff. If you are unsure if a pic is too gross, then it probably is. use common sense! This is rule number 1 for a reason and breaking it will not be tolerated.

2. No Gay Stuff. This is mainly for the Adult section. No gay videos, pics, etc... or you will be PERMANENTLY BANNED! Also goes for other forums here as well.

3. No Racism. Any form of racism will not be tolerated. You may discuss the topic, but any opinions you may have that would offend someone of a particular race are to be kept to yourself! Once again, use common sense!

4. Rep Trading. We have reached a total of 250 members, so the rep trading thread will be closed for good. Rep trading is now against the rules.

5. No Passwords. Sharing passwords to Pay sites is not allowed and will result in a ban!

6. Pirated Files. Absolutely NO Torrent site listing, Links to Pirated software, Pirated music, or any other illegally obtainable files! This is illegal and we want to run a legal website here!

7. NO UNDERAGE PICS! Absolutely NO posting of pics or videos of underage females in the sex section. This includes females that look under 18 years of age also!

8. YOU MUST be 18 years old, and read the stickies within the Adult Only Section to browse and/or post in the Adults Only Section!!!!

9. You may only have 1 username!

10. If you get banned:If you come back from banned camp and bitch about why you were banned, then You will be banned for the same amount of days. The mods don't need to keep explaining themselves over and over again. Just accept your punishment and respect the people who run this board.

i appreciate you actually having the balls to question it, but i shouldn't have to explain myself.

i will however. This is not the first time bubba has done something like this, he has been warned about R18 material in the misc section before, yet he still posted the picture when he clearly knew it wasn't allowed.

The Adult section is there for a reason, we don't want all the other threads spammed with porn because of various reasons (including younger kids and people browsing from work).

The ban was given to teach him a lesson and it's only 1 damn day.

maybe under the no gross stuff rule also add no nudity outside of adult section? Its understood anyways - but a lawyer could argue with you in court - plus gives people less reason to bitch.
