Since I retired from work, I found myself to be partying/BBQ/clubbing several times a week and drinks usually find their way into me.

I got weaker and lost probably 1/2 lb of muscle over the past few months.

Just wondering how often do you guys drink.

I've cut down quite a bit. I quit totally for two years on a bet and it really wasn't that hard. Now if I get wasted every 6 months, that's fine with me. It's a lot harder when you have party-people around you to resist the temptations but it's when you're young that bad habits start...
