i didnt hit the gym for 2 1/2 months...but i was. now bench 275 for 2 1/2 and bo roe 255 x 6

Thats pretty good, if I quit working my chest I lose all the strength on the bench, but I can stop working my legs for months and the strength stays almost the same,
On BB rows Im at 225 but I usually go lighter to fully contract my lats

i did ok, id say the toughest ive ever fought were black, isnt it pretty rough back in ny though?, i take thats where ur from right?

im in florida moved here in 5th grade from ny...

well i think blacks just think their tuff and whites are scared of themselves that is all..

yeah ,alot of whites are afraid, but to tell you the truth Ive never been able to beat up a black guy, Ive beat up some whites and mexicans but never a black dude

maybe your your not quick enough or you telegraph your punches, ive seen whites fight blacks and win but thats when 20 blacks dont jump in..
