as some may know, my knee is screwed up. I was thinking of trying to do some DLs with my weight on one leg. Is this possible? Should I use lighter weight? I can only put weight on one leg and I cant even bend my left leg at all.

ndagym dont dead or squat , I would start off with light leg work on leg machines ,you might need surgery, You have to be able to stretch your kneecap, if you attempt to dead you might rip something and put yourself in a world of shit

Well I fucked my left knee two years ago, BUT I HAVE FREAKISHLY STRONG AND TOUGH BONES, So Iwas able to recover,Are you small boned and get injured easily?

I guess Im small boned, Im an ecto so I dunno.
I injured the same knee last year, and it took forever to be able to walk on it, and when I injured it this time, I think I may of done the same thing. That, or my injury wasnt fully healed. Someone said something about a meniscus tear or something.
I wasnt able to bend it or straighten it out at all, but today Im able to do both a little bit. Maybe its starting to heal.

Let it heal get some glusamine, practice streching and extending your knee, if your gonna lift start out light quad extensions and very light leg presses
