Well when you are drunk, you tend to ramble, but at the same time, most of the time you just state how you really feel about an issue/topic/person cause you just don't care. So I would say maybe a little bit of both, but I don't care either way. He was in fact drunk, and never came out and said anything like that sober, so who cares. The media is blowing this way out.
