Can you do a couple of these?

1) Add about 20lbs of muscle with some fat loss

2) Add about 30lbs of muscle with lots of fat loss

Ok, here is my attempt (first attempt at reducing fat/adding muscle, so it isn't the greatest). It needs some cloning, and a few more things to make it look more realistic, but don't have the time to spend on it right now.
