Make an easy 50 bucks (serious)

I know some of you guys are PS gods, so...

I work at A Tasteful Affair Catering out in the tri-valley of Northern California ... and I feel that our logo is rather unprofessional. It was created in Word (haha) by the owner, so I just basically copied the design to a graphics program, and we've been stuck with it ever since. I think it's time for a change...

We're growing quicker than we can handle...I just don't have the time to design one myself.

Currently, we have:



We're looking for something that screams elegance, professionalism, and class.

Catering logo examples: Catering Software, Event Management Software for professionals - Caterease: Independent Caterers .


If/when there's one posted that fits our image, I'll have the owner and executive chef check it out. If they approve it, I'll send a $50 check/MO/PayPal to ya in exchange for the rights of the image. There's no real time frame, and I'll probably post this up on another forum or two this weekend. Show me what you got . If you're really talented, we could probably hire you for flyers/ads/web graphics/etc in the future

its actually happened a lot. we usually just tell them to donate if they want to to the site, and we are all here to help at no cost

Do you specialize in anything? Weddings? Corporate luncheons? etc. Are you faster than other caterers? Have a fantastic chef/menu? I think some of this (and maybe more) info would help to personalize the new logo and send an automatic message to your target audience.
