its the same as making !@#$%^&*()_+

all along with the numbers. like shift & 4 makes $$$$$$

shift & 6 makes ^^^^^^


there are some things you can make if you hold down the alt key and then hit different 3-4 number combos on your side number pad on your key board

ALT & 155 makes ¢
ALT & 158 makes ₧

etc...
