Nice...although the carbon one hurts my eyes when I try to focus on it.

Is your monitor resolution 800x600 or did you just resize them to post them here?

I think they are pretty cool!

Your "Hitman" chop would make a cool wallpaper too!

Ok here goes.

so i made a new blank file, then made a new layer.
Filled in the new layer with white. Then Filter->Sketch->Halftone Pattern
and used these settings

Then i set it to Overlay

Make the background black then go to Enhance->Adjust Lighting->Brightness/Contrast
to make the background not quite black i set it around 11 but dosent have to be exact.

for the "shine" i just made 3 layers set them all to overlay and use white to make the glare

Then i add gaussian blur to all 3 layers, i set the blur to 30 but it dosent really matter
play around with it.

for the text i just made a new layer(white) used the cookie cutter tool and picked a shape
i liked. set the Opacity to about 10%

Then added some text from this tutorial by Slash Here sorta...

This is it done without text.

I love that carbon fiber one. Very cool.
I wouldn't mind having that for my desktop.
