Liquify, series of actions to bring up the color contrast and edges, smudged the hair, light touch ups.

Couple of things I need to resolve.

Need to figure how to document the steps in a tute. Got no Video, but that may be good, cause liquify can be a pain with the limit of one undo.

I use a multi-step action that used to be free, but now they charge. To lazy to manually go thru the steps and show them. Maybe I'll get motivated later.

I'd never even messed with the liquify tool a whole lot until I saw this post... I wasn't really going for the exact same look (as I'm sure we used different blending to get different results) but I decided I'd do my favorite female celeb

Finally got around to documenting my steps in this tute.

Funny how ya can learn more by forcing yourself to teach or write a tute. Found 2-3 things that I did not know before and would have used if I were to do it all over again.

I can't find a liquify tool with Fireworks MX.. Maybe it's called something else.

It's part of Photoshop now. Listed under Filter pull down menu
