yeah got a new account. Had an old account on that site I deleted earlier this year, but for some reason missed the dog. Now I am back. Don't post much there though.

ahh the forums would not be so bad if more mods actually did their job. I found out that most mods are volunteer though, and for such a large site that explains the idiots that post on there. I like the UG and weekly. Forget posting on myspace. The clowns in those mma forums make me wretch. By the way, go to sherdog.com picture and media section under the rashad pics. They have a wand, chuck, and rashad one that is the king of all pics. I laughed pretty hard, and I normally don't do that.
