i think jasc animation shop + PS is still one of the easiest and best to use.
makes easy fast work for things like this.

Most of the work is PS anyway. The GIF programs are mainly for timing and assembly. I can get the same results in wmv. program and rechop it to GIF format.

Doesn't change anything. You used it and you didn't care if it was offensive. So that means you like it, and it represents the way you think. You can't post racist photos and gifs and then think that just because you didn't create it that it's ok.
