Photochopzer i need your help!!! (expecually the ninja ones)

ok this is my buddy mike... aka the *** (god he hates when i call him that)... he is one of those people who would be destroyed if he was photochoped hard... and because im a prick and a shitty friend i want to see it... seriously he will probably cry... so please as brutal as possible and definitly multiple chopz... this will be soul crushing

I use paint.net
First I used lasso effect to get a rough cutout. Then I created a new layer and pasted him on there over the bar picture. I then turned off the bar layer and used the regular eraser to trim him , turning on background layer some times to see if any light areas show. Then I used Color Picker tool to pick colour from his t-shirt and drew orange lines along the side to stop it from looking jagged. Then I did the same with his left ear as I had to cut away too much of it. Then just adjusted light levels a bit.
