Just a thought and I know this is a photoshop forum but maybe we could see what ppl can do by hand. I was thinking maybe put up a source pic and everybody would draw it/paint it and post up their entries. Maybe a few sources could be put up and be incorporated into the drawing or painting. Maybe a picture of .

Here's an example of a charcoal portrait i did in h.s. I haven't done any drawings since but I would like to get back into it. I don't have the source anymore but you get the picture. (pun intended)

since there's no chopping though, we can't really have a chopz contest for it.

maybe a thread for these types of drawings, sketches would be a good idea. i know ndg has a lot of great stuff as well.

Hard to think of stuff that Worth hasn't done, but I love the Mate-an-album stuff, combining 2 or more albums into 1.

i missed this til now...examples of these would be great..i'm not sure what you mean and it's tough coming up with ideas every week.

Contests Idea:

1. Design a new chopz logo (we should maybe wait for the new voting system for this one).

2. Pelican posted great video tutorials on changing a normal pic to manga style. We should definitely have a manga contest!

how about something where we take a photo and all alter it in an artistic sense. maybe we all start with the same one.
