Lighting effects for webpages...

This is a contest to see who can figure out how to make lighting effects to pictures so that when you scroll the page up and down or left and right the picture lighting changes.

I kinda have a simple version of it on my myspace. but not fully. Just transparency.

I'm not advertising. I'm serious. You see how everything on my myspace moves up and down over the back ground. I want the same thing but I want everything out side of the picture unseeable so when you move it up and down the background picture will be viewable within the selected picture but it'll move when you move the page and I wanna use that so I can make lettering on my page look like it has lighting effects.
