just spent hours trying to get the rain effect, Wtf, just couldn't get it right, read some tut's, still no go, started hand drawing but gave up on that. but got one in anyway

i have gimp and it sucks and i looked up a tut theres only one i could find for gimp so i might just have to go with that one but it still doesnt seem that sin city like to me but either im gonna go with that or try to figure it out on my own i dunno. it is a great contest idea and i think there'll be some good entries but I dont know if i am going to be able to pull one off.
