How can I remove light?

Hi, I have gotten a picture at night... but the problem in the picture is that the face has a a little light on it and the light is color yellow.... So How can I remove it?

you can play with the levels and color to make it alittle better
but the glare isnt gonna be able to get fixed
at least i cant do it but i tried

If you just want to remove the yellow & not the light itself, that's easy enough; go to Image Adjustments\Hue/Saturation and select Yellow from the drop down menu. Drop the saturation & play with hue & lightness just a little until you get what you want.

Okay, it wasn't that simple, the photo was in much worse shape than I first thought. On top of what I said above, I duplicated the background layer, surface blurred it, smart sharpened it, used the sponge tool to get rid of the discolorations in the hair, sampled a spot from the original & added an adjustment layer to re-color the hair.

There's more that could be done, but without working on the original I didn't want to spend all night on it...
