that neon glow that looks real clear? I looked up online but cant find any to look like that neon lne, see box around dj pic? and the sound/frequency wave on bottom of poster?

I did this on 3 layers:
Layer 1: A black background,
Layer 2: 7 pixel line.
Layer 3: 2 pixel line. (same color as the wide line)
Then used the gaussian blur on layer 2.

How do you measure the lines by pixel? I can only rough guess?

I use Jasc for my editing program of choice. But I'm sure Adobe has something similar.
