How do you do what ndagym and whoever else did it, when they made someone's skintone completely red and yellow (the flash)? I've never been able to do that without it looking goofy.

Just select the area you want, and go to hue/saturation I believe and hit the little "colorize" box. Thats all you do, but I was slow and detailed on it.

after doing that, if you copied the layer multiple times would that increase the density of the colour?? i havent tried it, just wondering.

I don't think so, it would just be like the original layer.
