Engraving..

I've been reading a tutorial for engraving, and took a shot at it. I don't think it came out to well, but that's just me. Any suggestions, are more than welcome.

Try doing an engraving effect on a "steel" background. that might look pretty cool.

Try using layer effects:
inner shadow
Bevel and emboss -outer bevel-chisel hard
contour- (the first choice-box divided from top right to bottom left)
I also set the fill on the layer to 43%

I like it, but It'd be cool to see a larger, higher quality version so we could really see the engraving effect.

I'm really interested in this effect and would love to see some really good examples.
